The larger, Parcel B, is developed with a residence and a detached Secondary Dwelling Unit (SDU). The SDU was built without permits and requires the Special Permit included in this application. Proposed Parcel A is vacant. Both parcels have demonstrated site suitability in terms of on-site water sources and sewage disposal.
