Document Description
The Redwoods Family Worship Center is proposing to construct a 4,800 sq. ft. gymnasium/multipurpose room and a new 330 sq. ft. kitchen facility on the west side of the existing church sanctuary. The zoning for the parcel RRA-1 (Rural Residential & Agriculture - one acre minimum lot size); the General Plan Land Use designation is RR (1/1) (Rural Residential one dwelling per unit per acre). The new addition will utilize the existing on-site sewage disposal system & private well. Access to the facility and previously approved parking area will also be utilized. The use of the proposed structure will be during current scheduled services.
