Document Description
The County of Solano is proposing to construct a two-story 60,000 square-foot Health and Social Services Laboratory in the Solano Business Park on a vacant parcel at the intersection of Courage Drive and S. Watney Way. The new structure would be constructed in two phases: Phase I consists of a 27,000 square-foot structure for laboratory and clinical uses; Phase II consists of two-story 33,000 square for clinical uses that would connect to Phase I. Parking would be provided onsite.
