The proposed project consists of the construction of a new three-story ~70,000 sq. ft. Health and Social Services building. The new structure would be built on an existing parking lot and would be adjacent to the existing 68,000 sq. ft. Health and Social Services building. Additional parking areas for the government center would be developed on two adjacent parcels on the opposite side of Virginia Street.
