Project is the development of a new General Plan and Resource Management Plan for Folsom Lake State Recreation Area and the Folsom Powerhouse State Historic Park. This plan will provide long term programmatic direction and guidance for the protection, management, and development of the two parks units. The Plan will meet the planning requirements of both California State Parks (General Plan) and the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (Resource Management Plan). An EIR/EIS will be prepared as part of the planning process.
