Document Description
The project includes 84 affordable apartment units and associated parking and landscaping on 4.45 acres. Most of the units would be 2-stories in height with two 3-story buildings situated around a private park space. Because this project exceeds 18 units an acre (18.8) a Density Bonus is necessary. The project includes a new public street extending from Mojave Drive, which would stub to a Medium Density Parcel situated to the south.
