Document Description
The project consists of the adoption of a proposed order for watershed-wide waste discharge requirements for timber harvest activities to meet specified discharge prohibitions, receiving water limitations, conditions, and provisions, pursuant to California Water Code section 13263. Any such watershed-wide waste discharge requirements issued pursuant to this code section would be determined by the Regional Water Quality Control requirements necessary to protect the quality and beneficial uses of the waters of the State, and to implement the applicable Water Quality Control Plan (Basin Plan) and other applicable water quality laws. The proposed watershed-wide waste discharge requirements would be conditional.
