Document Description
The project consists of approval of a Removal Action Workplan (RAW) by the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) for the 3512 & 3518 Clayton Road (hereafter "the Site") prior to its redevelopment. The purpose of the RAW is to reduce the potential risk to human health and the environment from the contaminants of concern (COG), TPH-diesel, TPH-motor oil, and arsenic in soil and benzene in soil gas by excavating and removing the contaminated soil. DTSC is overseeing cleanup at the Site under a Standard Voluntary Agreement with CDP Concord LLC. See NOD for Full Details.
