The Concord Development Code Project includes four major components. These are: 1) amendments to the 2030 Concord General Plan Map; 2) amendments to the General Plan text; 3) a new Development Code; and 4) a new Zoning Map. Each project component is discussed in detail in Section 2, Project Description, of the SEIR.
