The project consists of a Conditional Use Permit and Development Plan to construct and operate a 19,416 square foot retail center including one drive-thru restaurant, a mini-market, car wash and a 12-pump (dual-sided) dispenser gas station including parking, lighting, and landscaping on a 1.59-acre parcel, at the southeast corner of Cypress Road and Main Street (Hwy. 4).
