The project site is currently occupied by a gas station, this station would be demolished and replaced by the proposed project.
Document Description
The proposed 1.59-acre project site would contain a 12-fueling position gas station with a convenience store and an automated carwash; a 3,800 square-foot fast-food restaurant with a drive-through window; and 7,800 square feet of retail space. Two driveways located on Main Street (SR-4) and one on East Cypress Road provide vehicle access to the proposed project site. The project would require approval of a Land Use Permit and Development Plan.
