The Three Rivers Feather River Repair Project, Segments 1 and 3 - Phase 4 improvements; this project only recognizes segments 1 and 3. This aspect of the project corrects deficiencies in the left bank levees of the Feather River. The southern and northern levee segments will be strengthened in place.
