Document Description
The following refinements are proposed for FRLRP Alternative 2 since the FRLRP EIR was certified and Alternative 2 was approve for implementation; establishment of a 0.9-mile-long, 20-foot-wide toe access corridor on the land side of the Segment 3 levee, construction of a 10-foot high cyclone fence along the landward limit of the 0.9-mile-long toe access corridor, and removal and relocation of 12 elderberry shrubs within the newly established 20-foot-wide toe access corridor. Elderberry shrubs will be relocated to the existing Feather River Elderberry Transplant area.
