The applicant proposes to plant a vegetated wave buffer consisting of native riparian plants and trees along approximately 30,000-linear-feet, 100-foot-wide on the overflow area at a minimum distance of 70-feet from the waterside toe of the Feather River Setback Levee (Segment 2) along the left (east) bank of the Feather River.
