Document Description
The project proposal is to remove the Dresbach-Hunt-Boyer Tank House and residual orange tree grove that are part of the Dresbach-Hunt-Boyer Mansion at 604 Second Street and construct a new, approximately 5,000 sq. ft. commercial building. The three-story commercial building will house a ground floor cafe with outdoor seating and office space on the second and third floors.
