The applicant proposes to remove the tankhouse structure and remnant orange tree grove that are part of the Dresbach-Hunt-Boyer Mansion at 604 Second Street and construct a new approximately 5,000 square foot commercial building. The commercial building will house a ground floor cafe with outdoor seating and office space on the second and third floors.
