The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Memorandum of Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project proponents, Yolo County Resource Conservation District and the Resources Conservation Service. The Yolo County RCD and federal partner, the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) provide technical assistance and cost-sharing to private landowners working in partnership with the RCD/NRCS to develop conservation systems uniquely suited to their land and individual way of doing business.
