Document Description
Existing General Plan designations are General Commercial/Mixed Use, Multi-Family Residential, and General Commercial and Single-Family Residential. The project would require annexation, a General Plan amendment and prezoning to allow construction of 22 new multi-family units and 3,200 square feet of ground-floor commercial uses for the mixed-use site of the project, and 18 new residential units for the residential site. A total of 4.92 acres (including developed commercial lots between the mixed-use and residential sites) would be annexed to the City of Mill Valley. Both sites would be accessed from Miller Avenue.
