Document Description
The California Dept. of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Sec. 1602 of the Fish and Game Coed to the project applicant, Mr. Milt Souza. The applicant proposes to fill approx. 2,500 sf. of wetlands and eroded rills on the project site. A 24in. diameter high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe culvert would be installed in an ephemeral creek and convey water to an existing 26in. diameter HDPE along the western boundary of the site. Approx. 730 linear feet of erosional rills would be filled in using approx. 55 cubic yards of fill material. All filled wetlands would be replaced by creating artificial wetlands at the Project site on a 2:1 basis.
