Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2006-0438-0007-R5) to the project applicant, Rancho Mission Viejo. The project proposes to impact 1.55 acres of streambed including 0.68 acre of permanent impact, and 0.87-acre temporary impact, to willow riparian forest habitat and mitigate with 1.36 acres of creation and 0.87 acre of restoration of willow riparian forest and riparian scrub.
