Document Description
The District is proposing to construct the Gobernadora Multipurpose Basin located south of Coto de Caza in Rancho Mission Viejo. The Basin is a constructed wetlands proposed to collect urban return flows from Coto de Caza and to mitigate storm flows to reduce downstream impacts from erosion and sedimentation. The collected flows will be returned to the nondomestic irrigation system and Portola Reservoir in Coto de Caza.
