The Project consists of the following: 1) scour protection in order to stabilize this segment of the tributary and prevent head cutting that would undermine the Santa Margarita Water District (SMWD) South County 60 inch-pipeline located in an adjacent ranch road , the ranch road itself, and other RMV utilities also located in the road; and 2) habitat restoration in or on top of all pervious materials, which will be covered in soil where feasible.
