Development of the Master Area Plan and Subarea Plans for Planning Area (PA) 3 and PA4 and associated infrastructure improvements. PA3 is approx. 2,162 acre development area of which 2,116 acres will be developed. PA4 encompasses approx. 1,127 acres of which 503 acres will be developed. PA3 and PA4 will include 2,360 gross acres consisting of 7,500 residential arterial streets, trails, and bikeways. Cow Camp Road is a proposed east-west link through the Ranch Plan area.
