Document Description
The Orange/Wilson Mixed Use project is a mixed use development consisting of 196 condominium units, five live/work units, and 2,649 sq. ft. of retail/commercial space consisting of a retail/cafe component. The project would also include parking facilities and recreational amenities to support residential units. In general, the project would consist of two 12-story towers on top of four levels of above-ground parking and up to three levels of below-ground parking for a total of 16 stories.
