Document Description
The project includes approximately 118 acres of residential development that total approximately 1,200 dwelling units. The project includes a mix of attached and detached single family units with a pedestrian-friendly layout tying together paseos, parks and project dwellings. The project includes connection points not only for project residents, but also surrounding residents to have access to the future civic center area and nearby commercial centers. The proposed Project also includes approximately 12 acres of neighborhood parks (including a community recreation center), as well as sets aside approximately 17 acres for a future civic center and regional park facility.
