Document Description
The project provides for the development of a master-planned community. The community consists of 2,525 residential dwelling units, a community recreation site, an elementary school site, a public park, community parks, landscaped paseos, open space, public infrastructure, and recreational amenities on 622.1 acres. Residential land uses are planned for 417.8 acres, traditional single family housing with lot sizes ranging from approximately 4,000 to 7,200 square feet, 1/2-acre Triplex units located along Harrison Street and Tyler Street, and garden court homes. Residential designations consist of Medium, Medium High and High Density Residential.
