Document Description
The Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District has been awarded grant funds under the California State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) funding program for development of a plan of study for using recycled water produced by the District's Regional Water Reclamation Facility (WRF). With the assistance of the grant, the District has prepared the Final Planning Report Regional Service Area Recycled Water Master Plan (EVMWD, 2006). This Master Plan identifies facilities needed to convey recycled water to users within the Regional WRF Service Area. The proposed project is the construction and operation of these facilities and is evaluated in a MND.
