Document Description
The proposed project is a prezoning request to be approved by the city and an annexation request to be approved by LAFCo in support of the development of an integrated retail shopping center consisting of an estimated 452,499 square feet of leasable retail commercial floor area. The project proposes approximately 22 buildings, generally ranging in size from 5,200 to 126,874 square feet. The total square footage will not exceed 452,499 square feet.
