Document Description
The proposed project will require approval from the Madera County Local Agency Formation Commission to annex the property into the City of Madera, and a prezoning request. The annexation would result in a revision to the city limit line, which would add one parcel totaling approximately 49 acres to the city. Implementation of the proposed project will require a prezoning request to establish the site's zoning as "C-2" Heavy Commercial. The City of Madera will process the prezoning request in order to achieve consistency with the land use and zoning designations.
