The project is part of the infrastructure for the Manaza Wind Project, formerly known as the PdV Wind Energy Project. The stream crossings are limited to constructing 18 culverted road crossings, constructing 53 at-grade road crossings, and excavating and backfilling trenches for underground electrical lines at 49 locations.
