The project involves the construction of approximately 2.1 million square feet of warehouse/distribution buildings on approximately 99 acres in the south portion of Phase 4 of the California Commerce Center. The project is within the City of Ontario, California Commerce Center Specific Plan, and zoning is SP (Specific Plan). Allowable land use is light industrial and rail industrial. The approximate 20 acres fronting Milliken Avenue are light industrial, and the approximate 79 acres fronting Francis Street are rail industrial. The maximum allowable floor area ratio is 0.45 and up to 0.55 if the site plan is taken to the City of Ontario Planning Commission for approval.
