Public/special event rodeos will require a Special Event Permit issued through the Inyo County Public Works (Building & Safety) Department, and provision of facilities permitted through the Inyo County Environmental Health Services Department (potable water source, structure for food dispensing, handwashing station, restroom facilities, trash & animal waste removal). Dust mitigation measures will be required.
