Document Description
Create a new commercial zone district, CB (Central Business), which will correspond with and implement the already existing General Plan land use designation of Central Business District (CBD). All land designated as Central Business District under the General Plan - which currently is confined to areas in Big Pine, Independence, Lone Pine, and Keepler and consists of approximately 200 parcels total - will be rezoned from its current zoning to the proposed CB.
