The project is the replacement of an existing sewer pump station that was built in 1972 with a new facility on the same property but 50' further north, to allow for construction while the current facility remains in operation. A new accessible restroom facility will also be constructed and the current 1/2 court basketball court will be relocated. The two tennis courts will remain.
