Document Description
The project is composed of two main components: annexation of land to the City from the County and development of a gated residential community on a portion of that annexed area. The annexation area is an approximately 70 acre rectangular piece of land. The residential component of the project entails subdividing an undeveloped 47 acre portion of the project site into 156 lots for single family residential development, and construction and occupation of those lots of a gated single family residential community, a private park, a storm water retention basin, and requisite infrastructure.
