Document Description
The applicant proposes to subdivide a 9.6 acre parcel into 29 single family lots, ranging in size from 8,504 to 47,750 sq. ft. A Tree Permit is required for the removal of 37 native trees. Improvements existing on the site would be reconfigured to match the proposed development. This would include modification to the existing sidewalks and driveways and underground utilities. Lots would be sold for future construction of custom homes.
