Document Description
Development of a new 850-student K-6 elementary school located on a vacant 19.2-acre parcel contiguous to the current City of Livingston "Sphere of Influence." Administrative and academic core would be situated within the southern part of the site and athletic fields to the north. Robin Avenue and Peach Avenue would serve as the main frontages and access. Road improvements would be included as part of the project. Water and wastewater would be provided by the City of Livingston.
