The proposed project will result in the construction of two warehouse/distribution facilities for a total of 1,449,796 square-feet on 60.6 acres. The proposed facility will be composed of two buildings of approximately 480,340 and 969,456 square feet. The construction of the structures and site improvements are expected to occur in one phase.
