Document Description
The proposed project includes updating the Del Rey Community Plan and Sewer and Water Master Plan. The Community Plan update will include Land Uses, Transportation, Public Facilities and Services, Environmental Resource Management and a set of goals, policies and implementation programs.
In addition to updating the Del Rey Community Plan the County of Fresno is considering the development and land use changes associated with a 118-acre medium density residential subdivision to the west of the existing Community Plan area. The development is outside the existing Community Plan boundary and is proposed to be included in the Del Rey Community Plan update.
