Document Description
The proposed project is intended to subdivide approximately 626 acres of land located at the northeast corner of Clark Road (P Street) and Worthington Road (Barioni Boulevard). The proposed project would result in the creation of 1,709 single family residential lots, 30.7 acres of multifamily residential, 27.2 acres of Neighborhood Commercial, 61.5 acres of parks/retention basins, 10.1 acres reserved for public facilities, two (2) elementary schools, and one (1) middle school. The proposed project requires a Specific Plan, General Plan Amendment, Pre-Zone, Tentative Tract Map, Amendment to the Sphere of Influence Boundaries and an Annexation.
