The proposed project is within the Residential Rural land use category and is located on the north side of Berry Patch Lane (at 2874 Berry Patch Lane), approximately 1/3 mile north of Neal Springs Road, approximately one mile south of the City of Paso Robles. The site is in the El Pomar/Estrella planning area.
