Document Description
The project involves the construction and operation of a new elementary school on an approximately 50,000 square feet of building space, and include 26 classrooms, a multi-purpose room, kitchen, lunch shelter, library, administration offices, a small turf area and hardcourts for athletics. A separate playground area would be provided for the kindergarten students. The project also includes reconfiguartion of the existing 95 space surface parking lot to provide an additional 124 spaces. The proposed elementary school will operate separately from Sutter Middle School, and a fence would be installed to separate the two campuses.
