Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is issuing a Stream Alteration Agreement to the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) in accordance with Fish and Game Code 1600 et seq. DWR proposes to remove vegetation and approximately 300 cubic yards of sediment from the stream channel and the ponding basin. Approximately 18 inches of sediment will be removed from the channel. Approximately 6 inches of sediment will be removed from the ponding basin. In all, approximately 375 linear feet of the creek channel will be excavated.
