Valley Plating (Site) conducted electroplating operations under four different ownerships since 1962 through 1989. Since 1989, the land is vacant and barren. The 1.76 acres site is zoned for light industrial, and it is located near a Sierra Pacific Lumber Industries Plant, several residents, and Ashby High School. The site is completely fenced.
