Document Description
The Operator shall alter the streambed to restore the creek to mitigate past non-permitted grading. The project consists of planting native vegetation, removing the non-native vegetation, improving soil conditions, and protecting the banks from erosion with the use of fiber matting. The area consists of ivy and periwinkle, which has spread over most of the channel. Broken concrete, at the outfall of the upstream portion of the channel may be removed to increase the flows and reduce the erosion potential.
