Document Description
Due to the heavy rains during the winter of 2005-2006, together with current and past land management practices, three of the five 48-inch RCP culverts on Martin Slough at Campton Road are almost completely clogged with sediment. This project proposes a 5-year cleaning and maintenance program to address this situation.

The project involves the maintenance of existing drainage culverts which are man-installed facilities. The removal of accumulated silt will allow the culverts to operate as originally designed. Further, the Lead Agency has determined that use of the categorical exemption is not barred by one of the exceptions set forth in Section 15300.2 of the CEQA Guidelines.
