Document Description
The operator intends to alter the streambed by constructing High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lanes; to accommodate the HOV lanes, the highway's center median over Weldon Creek will be closed with reinforced concrete slabs and a 2-meter diameter column will be installed within the creek's banks. A temporary desilting basin will be installed during column placement.
