Document Description
To install an underdrain system of solid and perforated pipes beneath the eastbound lanes of U.S. Highway 50 from the median to an unpaved area adjacent to the eastbound on-ramp of Scott Road and East Bidwell Street. The purpose of the perforated pipe is to remove excess water from the freeway.
