SAA# 1600-2004-0287-R5 The Operator proposes to alter the streambed to replace an existing storm drain system with a newer and larger pre-cast concrete 2 box culvert outlet into Mission Creek. The new outlet will be angled downstream to prevent erosion on the far bank. Some bank stabilization will occur at the site of the old outlet, which will be removed.
