Restore the headwaters of Mill Creek (2 ac) by removing excess fill and collapsed culverts and replacing them with a single crossing, relocating one earthen trail upslope, planting riparian plants, and managing redwood canopy. 7,500 cubic yards of sediment will be prevented from polluting Mill and Sonoma Creeks.
